Can’t get through to talk to representatives

Saks 5th Ave in Bal Harbour Fl did not pick up their phone with a service representative after holding for 12 minutes. So I called the online customer service line and the rep could not get me through to the store nor help with my question about tailoring for my $1295 dress that I bought online. The only thing he could do was send me a return label. I am very dissatisfied with the service of Saks 5th Ave. It is disappointing and therefore I will be returning the dress. Sh User's recommendation: Don’t shop here. No customer service.
