Can’t exchange doge

For the past few days I have been prohibited from exchanging doge for other crypto or other crypto for doge. I keep getting a Changelly error and it says the crypto has been disabled. You can see the full details of the error in the picture provided. Do yall no longer support Doge? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
