Can’t access paid-for games

cannot sign into my old account and cannot change my password because you require my old password to change it. None of the temporary passwords work, I get a message saying that you don't recognize the password and e-mail combination. VERY PISSED OFF right now. User's recommendation: Ability to speak to a live person to help with technical support.
