Cannot transfer money from EIP card to bank account

followed instructions maybe 12 times.. got same response every time sorry cannot complete transaction at this time.... no explanation as to why or how to fix .. another example of the government assigning duty to an incompetent vender.. no number to call that is answered or an email contact to complain to.. money network is shameful and i hope your executives go to prison! User's recommendation: your screwed.. your government sold to down the river to a bunch of incompetent crooks..
