I apparently have several accounts with Houzz because of difficulty logging into this site previously. Now it is impossible to log in because Houzz insists that I need to change my password but it has no idea what my username is this time and what password goes with that username. It will not let me just delete everything and start over again. User's recommendation: Find somewhere else to shop.
