I paid for Cool Sculpting in June. Once paid for I heard nothing from them and when I finally got a person on the phone was told I could not get an appointment for several months. I finally got an appointment for August but just got a voicemail that the appointment is cancelled. I have tried to cancel my contract and they will not cancel it even though they cannot provide the services that I paid for.
