Cannot get roadtax

My roadtax can't renew.insurance already renew.roadtax can't because grab block my vehicle.during covid I m less drive grab.but how come my car roadtax can block until now I can't renew.if I go jpj counter...they say grab blocked.And please advice me.thank you for you support.i could call you grab customer service for more info.Kindly please advice me seriously on this matter.thank you so much.
