Cannot get our Watkins Vista Hot Tub repaired

We purchased a top of the line Vista Hot Tub from a Watkins dealer in 2008 in Morris Illinois. We have had 4 breakdowns on this Hot Tub since 2008 and now have leak. They will not stand by their product and find a technician to repair our Hot Tub. They continue to give us the run around and now the customer service representative is implying that we should not have installed this indoors. The installation was designed so that there is full access to the hot tub from the sides or underneath. After 3 months they are not telling us this. In fact the CSR said she would never install one of there Hot Tubs inside. That is not what the dealer told us when we purchased it. We were very careful to make sure it could be serviced, after all, we paid for the top model so we could have a reliable product. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of Customer Service and the bad quality of their product. I would not suggest anyone buy a Hot Tub made by Watkins Manufacturing which also goes by Hot Springs Spas. Beware, you may end up with a very expense flower pot!
