Requesting refund

I received an order from Hue. I thought I was ordering a short in denim-like material but with the stretch of a thick legging. I received s short just in denim. I called Hue to request a refund and to see if they have free returns. No one answered and I had to leave a message.

Hue.com shouts loudly on their website about how they ship internationally, then refuses to honour their return policy.

Ordered 175 dollars worth of product form Hue.com, having seen many ads in magazines etc. I live in Canada and checked their return policy prior to ordering to make sure if I had sizing issues I could make exchanges or returns.
