I received two orders that I did not order. I cannot use the product, it burns my skin. They did issue me a RA# and I returned the product. I only opened the box to take pictures and make sure there was a receipt in the box. I mailed it, tracked the package and saw it arrived and was signed for. However, I was told the warehouse was busy, and they didn't have authorization to send a refund yet. The order was over$100.00. I checked my account and there is no record of it at all. I have an order # and RA#, the company does not. User's recommendation: Scam.
