I purchased a $423 Sonos surround sound on October 31st to ship to my son for his birthday. They charged me but I have never received a confirmation email in the purchase. I have been on hold for 30 minutes and no one will come on the line. I am having bad feelings about this purchase. Customer service is horrible.
