Cannot file a claim.

I did not receive a package that UPS shows it delivered by dropping off on my porch. However, I did not get it. I tried to file a claim online, but it will not let me file a claim online and tells me to call 1-88*-742-****. I call that number and the auto attendant tells me to file a claim and will not let me speak to a live person. It sends me to dead end options and then hangs up on me. I try to email them, but the webpage does not allow me to do it. User's recommendation: Sucks if you have a problem as you cannot get help.
