Acquired a Tomtom from my son which is a 25 which he had bought for him Christmas 2019 he has not used it for various reasons connected to Covid so I have attempted to use it but cannot create an account so that I cant get signed in and do what is required to get it working. I put in my email address as required and then added my password and confirmation then other info but it came back account creation failed retried several times did uninstalls between some same results Help something which should btake 2 minute has take 3 days and now I cannot get to speak to anyone!
