hello i work for the daily mail and am very close to doing a story on the despicable behavior at lastminute.com. why is it not possible to speak to a customer service agent the number provided is still not taking calls. i have been mishandled since last year forced to take a voucher when a flight was cancelled by the airline and now when i need to speak to them to change a flight that has been changed twice to request a refund there is no way of contacting them. i feel this is a cheap trick to keep people's money this is not the service expected when one pays good money. could someone please contact me User's recommendation: Never.
