Cannot activate my card i never receive emaiL to verify its me

Took 4 more times calling customer service So they could give me # number not accepting calls or busy since they're Walmart and green dot. Finally get transfer to go2banking department they get all info including SSN but I give new # since old phone was hacked. Sorry can't do anything for you.. Even with ALL info I'd given. CaLl again enter card # 4 times to get to live person then ask to be transferred to correct dept. They see my new # was on account. However I still receive no email to change password to activate account. So now 2 business days before I get message on what to do. OUTRAGEOUS!!! OUTRAGEOUS
