My holiday on 19th May 2021 was cancelled by easyjet due to the pandemic. I haven't received my refund for which i have asked for numerous times. Teletext Holidays keep phoning me to rebook and i explain i don't want to rebook i need a refund. Then to be blunt i've had one person laugh at me and hang up, another basically say tuff and hang up and others transfer me and nobody answers. I have phones 4 or 5 times for over an ho. ur of waiting. User's recommendation: unlikely.
