Cancellation policies suck.
I had an emergency come and tried calling to cancel my reservation. I was told that I was going to be charge full because I had not been able to make the cancellation 24 hour before arrival date. User's recommendation: Their cancellation policies need to be changed because they *** people over by charging them full price for cancelling late when emergencies come up.
