Cancellation of online freezer order #90529****

I purchased a freezer online on 5/6/2020 and after having multiple delays in shipment I canceled my order on 9/16/2020. After waiting for my refund which I didnot get, I called again on 9/23/2020. Canceled it again after being told my first cancellation did not go through correctly. Case ID#6136****. Was told I needed to wait until the manager of my local Hometown store called me to verify cancellation. What? I called the manager and he never heard of such a thing. After waiting again, I called again on 9/30/2020 and yet again was told that the previous cancellations were done incorrectly. Case #6141****. Was assured that this time I would definetly get my money back. Nothing again. I want my MONEY BACK. My order number is 90529****. I am not a rich woman and I am out $392.76. Please respond.
