Hi i want to cancel this account but cannot find a way to do it. I did not authorise them to take money out of my account without any knowledge that it was due. This has left me overdrawn in my bank account. I just want my subscription cancelled immediately and money returned asap as i am a pensioner and need this for food. I hope you can resolve this quickly
