So my renewal date was for July 31st. I set renewal option to off in April and sent them an email to let them know I didn't want to continue with their service . They are trying to charge me 451. I complained and they offered to only charge me 171. Not acceptable , I don't want their services and I shouldn't have to pay. They are scammers and if they don't resolve this I plan to make a Facebook ad about how awful they are being and target singles who fit their target market to get the message out loud and clear. User's recommendation: They are scammers avoid them.
