I want to cancel my service and I simply stopped paying the service, however it did not work the same way that the rest of the providers recommend. I cannot make a phone call with ALTICE and I want the service to be cancelled. User's recommendation: Make sure to cancel your service before the end of your paid period because then customer service is not going to respond in an easy way.
