Cancel and refund my member over 3 months

Still charging me over 3 months, can not reach anybody to cancel my roomster.com to cancel and get refund I will call bank myself to get these 3 months refund if rooster.com still don't answer and unable to reach the phone call message want me to log in, I logged in still no way to cancel my member User's recommendation: It's unable to cancel.
