Can we have our swabtest taken in cebu? After our flight from davao

We are actually stranded and the policy in cebu was changed august 18 2021 we want to go home we already booked a flight on saturday August 21 but they need a swab test result immediately. If we issue swabtest here it will he more difficult because it will take 3 - 4 days to get the result
