Can’t schedule dash’s in order to work

I can 100% guarantee I dont have a criminal record so why is that my background check says approved but wont let me schedule dashes Ive called Doordash twice to resolve the issue and they couldnt help apparently. Im just trying to work to make money this is very frustrating I more than qualify to do the job so I dont get why I cant get this resolved its been 3 months
