Can’t get replacement parts

I had to get special post from Ray-Ban for replacement lenses from Luxottica site after 1 1/2 hours of frustration! The order was lost by UPS with claim number sent to Luxottica. I was on their site for 2 hours and their chat line for 1/2 hour,it dissolved while making my inquiry not letting me back in. According to Ray-Ban theres no other way to contact Luxottica to confirm status of my order! User's recommendation: Don’t purchase Ray-Ban if you ever consider repair replacements!!!
