Dear Support Team, I have tried to down load two ringtones, trying all of the methods provided on your site, the step by step instructions as well as visual presentation, as well as a usb cable. And also with the, the Advanced Support team with BLACKBERRY!!! So I would think that, would qualify as a Technical Difficulties!!! I was never able to acquire any Ringtones from your site!! So I think that according to your Terms, I have meet both of your qualifying terms! Being the technical issue and that I am unable to use your product!! Now I can"t get a refund, and I cancelled with in 3 hours of order it, after trying to down load, with out any success!!!
