can’t cancel auto renewal

*SOLVED

I need to cancel my subscription after the 3 day trial however I keep getting directed to call you and then cannot get an answer, id is [protected], please resolve the issue asap! Disgrace that cannot cancel via website and never anyone available on phone. Sort this now! Getting charged over 40 a month for a scam site that I don't use! Stop my subscription.
