Can not get my online, turned in reward approved

This is the second year of problems. Last year I sent the information via mail. They said they never received it, and I should start over. I did it immediately. Then they said, too bad. It's too late. This year I filed on line. Everything asked for was completed. They emailed to say they could not process my claim until I sent them the actual coupon from the doctor (not asked for on the reward completion form). Now they just emailed me to say they needed a picture of all of the boxes (4 of which I have used and not asked for on the reward form) and a cop of the receipt (which I already sent).
