Hello there i am a regular customer with you guys and have never had a problem until today at the cambridge center i payed for my hat and wanted to customize it with the word cream i displayed my last hat bought and said id like it to be the same. I pickes up my hat 30 min later and the size of the font was wrong so i asked for it to be corrected. An hour and a half later i went back to see if it was ready i was then informed that it was not ready and that there was 6 hats before me. I said ive waited two hours now for my hat i should be first priorety. She then started being very rude to me and said her manager will be in at 1:00 i came back at one to speek with him and he told me to *** off and get out of here. I then requested my money back and he grabbed the hat she made me in the first place and said take it or leave it. I then went to security and his attitude changed and he gave me my money back.
