Allied Interstate calls from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM every day of the week. They call two, four, six, eight times a day on either my mobile phone or home phone. I have tried to explain to them that I paid the debt in October 2007 and gave them the confirmation number but they still harass me. I show from my bank records that the proper amount was withdrawn from my checking account but they say they received $7.00 less than the original amount and the $7.00 has now grown to hundreds of dollars. After talking to them in a low professional voice they in turn start to get rude and make threats. Someone must do something about these people and their business tactics. Do they think they are untouchable because they are a thousand or fifteen hundred miles away...and can treat people like they do? Who is willing to help...???
