I booked a vacation for March of this year and needed to change the date to 5/31/21. I paid the $199 to changed my dates and never received the confirmation email so I called to check on it and was told my vacation was cancelled. This has been on going since 3/11/21 and nothing is being resolved. I gifted this vacation to my daughter and she has already purchased her airline tickets! I have talked to a half dozen or more people and each time I'm told they are working on it and will call me. Not one person has called!! I'm going to file a complaint with BBB and dispute the charges on my CC if this is not taken care of by Friday 4/30/21
