I ordered a 5 silver coin lot of Star War Coins from Wholesale Coins Direct at the cost of 106.35. They were shipped by Fedex and left with no signature required at a back porch door on Feb 19, 2018. I never received them. I filed a police report as Wholesale Coins Direct requested me to do, and filed that report with both them and Fedex. I was then told by Wholesale Coins Direct that their "investigation" would take three months. I have now been told to take it up with Fedex. Fedex has referred me back to Wholesale Coins Direct. These shipments are supposed to be insured. Neither business will take responsibility for this lost shipment. I have filed on both businesses now with the BBB, but it looks like I am just out of $106.35 with no one taking responsibility for the lost order. Beware both these businesses.
