If there are rules on how a buyer is protected by the means in which they pay for an item then there should be rules in place that prevent sellers from using any other mean to collect payment that eBay cannot guarantee. absolutely heartbreaking that they say they only protect buyers if they use certain payment services but allows sellers to use other methods. seems like they are allowing people to be scammed without care.
