BUYER BEWARE‼‼WORST CUSTOMER EVER‼

I don’t know where to begin. We order thousands of dollars online. Together, my daughter and I own nine pair of Taryn Rose Allesandra ballet flats and I own two dressy pairs. A couple of months ago, I ordered another pair of ones in black as they’re my favorite shoes ever! They’ve modernized the design, and I didn’t realize it had changed to a round toes. So disappointing. I’ve taught design for 33 years and the others are so perfect. So I sent them back. I have the post office “delivery confirmation”. However, all of the back and forth dialogue continues to say that you do not have them. This is intolerable. Even without loving the way I do the others, I’ve given two choices: Find them, send them back OR refund the $395.00‼‼ I’m so disgusted. NEVER before have I had such difficulty being satisfied as a customer. I’m so sorry to say that I got two responses that “maybe I got them elsewhere”! Another that said they can’t find them. I hope they have integrity to solve this, or I’ll go forward with “other” forms of “encouragement”!
