I purchased a safe from Buyasafe.com to use for hanging valet parking keys. When I received the safe it appeared to be ok, but when I installed it after 30 days when it was in the box I found out that the safe i had was defective. i even video taped the box and showed this company that it was defective. The Manufacturer of the safe (Protex Safe Co) told me when I called that they would send me a new safe becasue it was clearly a defective lock. They said that they told BuyaSafe several times to contact me. I have been waiting 27 days for resolution with no followup on their part. Then the represenative at Buyasafe.com also told me that the video would really help their tech department figure out what was wrong and that they would take care of me either by sending me a new safe or by sending a new lock. Finally after daily calls from me their tech department called to say that it was a known issue with the battery and that they are working on it. At that point the President of BuyaSafe contacted me to say that they didnt care about me as a customer and that they are not going to respond to my emails any more.
