During my move from Pennsylvania to Virginia, the moving company lost a leg off of my Simmons sofa bed. I called Simmons and was told to call United furniture as they handled all the warranties and parts. So I called them. After a long wait on the phone, Kayla at United told me they do not handle Simmons parts and to call Simmons. I have done this run around 4 times with no resolution in sight and have no clue where to get the missing leg. Their customer service is terrible. User's recommendation: Don’t buy any Simmons products.
