there were *** roaches every where, we were treated poorly, no towels remote or wifi. I just couldn't believe how many *** roaches were there and in broad daylight. I was told I was going to recover refund the room was suppose to be 94.00 I was charged 196.00 and still no refund. when I told them about *** roaches we were moved next room over 121 from 122 and still bugs. of course because they were connected. very poor customer service by night attendant. User's recommendation: bring bug bomb and wait 2hrs to clear room.
