Bug in Pizza & Horrible Customer Service

This evening I picked up two medium pies from store #4382. When I arrived home there was a dead fly on the pizza. I took it back to the store for a refund. Your employee Tyler rudely stated to me "that is what happens when you take the pizza outside"! The order was to go and there are no seats to sit inside. What a ridiculous comment! I informed him that the appropriate response would have been "Sorry to see that. I will issue you a refund." Your staff needs to learn what customer service is.
