Broken recliner for 18 weeks

Recliner was delivered on 9/3/2020. It stopped reclining on 2/2/2021. 18+ weeks later the part the serviceman suggested be ordered was not ordered. It needs a switch not the motor they sent. Not once has Steinhafels initiated contact. So frustrating. I hate this chair. I will never buy from Steinhafels again User's recommendation: Go else where. Nice displays. Terrible customer service.
