Broken part on my couch

i bought a couch from dox it broke right away very cheap made...Justin said he had the part in stock he could send it to me and i would just pay shipping...mind u i just made last payment ...he has not sent the part nor will he answer or return my calls...if he dont want to send the part thats fine but he could be nice enough to give me a number to the company that makes the couches so i can get the part i need...bad service..be aware..not good you will get ripped off...Landra Hernandez
