Look up Vincent Niemis account. Gurnee Illinois. I finally drove the store to talk in person to a manager. They said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I've waited 19 weeks, what's 24 hours? User's recommendation: Their customer service is awful. Don't expect any initiative on their part. Both the sectional and recliner broke with in months of delivery. Waiting 19 weeks and counting for repairs.
