Broken ice tea pitcher

I ordered for my son an ice tea pitcher and some green tea. Today he tried to use it for the first time and there is a crack in the bottom of the pitcher. It leaked tea all over his refrigerator. Can I please get a replacement? The order was sent to Ronald C. Davidson, 1460 Sashabaw Rd. , Ortonville Mi, 48463
