Broken Fitbit watch

Watch, under warranty. I have case #4174****. Where watch band attaches to watch, small plastic piece broke, watch fell off and I didnt even know. Julio L took information. He wants a picture which I have but it will not send to his email I need a good email address to send picture with case # . Pam 901-834-****
