Good Sam had 2 different service agents contact me and neither of them were locksmiths. This is after selecting a lockout problem from their menu. The first one told me to call 911 after I said it was getting cold. The request was put on hold and no further actions being taken. I was not informed of this. Finally found a Locksmth who knew motorhomes but I have to submit a claim to be reimbursed. User's recommendation: See if Good Sam will accept a Locksmth of your choosing.
