Original review updated by user Aug 12, 2021 Purchased a refrigerator in 2016, had ice maker repaired 3 times (2018 and twice in 2020) STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! Quit again 13 days after warranty ran out and they REFUSE to do anything to rectify the problem. WORST customer service I have every experience. MGR: KIM awful!!!!!! Customer Service Rep: CHRIS thinks its ok to talk down to customers..... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! User's recommendation: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company.
