I agree Headout are real scammers. They had initially promised a full refund for two tickets paid for the Coliseum and two venues in Rome on March 20. They promised again on their blog that they would give full refunds. I waited patiently for two months and finally offered me an extended credit instead of honouring their promise to give me a full cash refund. Headout claimed the "local partner" would not agree to a refund but my contract is with Headout and is welching on the contract. The airline and the apartment gave full refunds promptly yet Headout just drags its feet. Surely Headout can't think I'm going to pay for flights, car parking, trains and an apartment just so that I can use the tickets to visit the Coliseum. Headout wants the kickback of ticket commissions but when the going gets tough does not want to honour contracts. A disreputable company! User's recommendation: Don't book with this company because it dishonours contract.
