Before Brexit I used Parcel2go regularly to ship from UK to Spain. Never any problems usually with DPD. Since Brexit all 3 parcels sent were returned. The last came back after nearly 10 weeks. It had cleared customs and then got a tracking saying refused by recipient. This turned out to be refusal by Seur( owned by DPD) to ship it. Various false tracking information before it became obvious it was going back to UK Never got a valid reason for it's return. Now it arrived today all I can say is that there are no customs forms attached to the box though these were completed online. Still waiting for an answer. If you cannot reach live chat make a claim and then it allows you to live chat. Or email. User's recommendation: Shipping to EU AYOR.
