This company gave access to my account who no longer had access to my account and allowed this person to use my customer benefits. When I called to the company to try and get the issue resolved I was transferred around 5 times. I asked to be escalated I was transferred to an agent name Jamie Manfouo who lied to me and said she was a Manager. Jamie also hung up in my face. User's recommendation: If you are looking for a company that cares about the security of your account go elsewhere.
