Boxes of glass

Twice I have ordered Yankee candles and when they arrived I got 2 boxes of glass because they dont know how to wrap them up.They just put a piece of paper in the box and expect it to not smash the glass since they changed over they have gone from 5 stars to 0.I will not be buying from them again they are useless. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
