Bought tickets with flexible dates, but it’s a SCAM

I've booked the tickets with flexible dates just in case that something happened, i would be able to change the date of the travel without any worries, that's why i paid the extra for that. Now that i want to change the date of the booking, the website and the app told me that i can't do it online (even though that i tried doing that 2 weeks before the flight), the only way i could change the date was by contacting the phone support. First of all, both premium and normal support are total garbage! There's no reason to pay for a premium since the support is the same... By contacting the support they told us that the "flexible dates" guarantee is only when the airline company cancels the flight (what a joke), but if you go to their website this "version" doesn't even exist! It clearly states that flexible dates is for when you need to change the plane tickets by your own reasons! Now we are waiting to see if we can at least get the money back because i doubt we will be able to change the travel dates...as their support is one of the worst I've seen online! They contract 3rd parties that don't even speak clearly your own language. eDreams is everything but not a dream, i will never buy from them again!
